Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Delivery charges:
Free. We offer free shipping all over the Kingdom of Bahrain regardless of the size of your order.
- Estimated Delivery time:
Any order placed before 1:00 PM Bahrain local time will be delivered the same day. For orders placed after 1:00 PM Bahrain local time we will endeavour to deliver on the same day, else will be delivered the next day. Friday deliveries are on a case by case depending on customer urgency and allowing for item availability.
Return Policy
- Confirmed orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
- Cancellation is only through email or by phone.
- يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام تحت الشروط التالية:
- لا يمكن استبدال او استرجاع المنتج الخاضع للتخفيض او العروض الخاصة.
Item(s) can be exchanged / returned within 7 days from the date of collection as per the following conditions:
· Frames and Sunglasses must be in their original condition.
· Contact lens in their original condition.
· Due to hygienic reasons solutions and eye drops cannot be exchanged or returned.

- إذا تم شحن منتجك ولكن لم يتم تسليمه بعد ، فاتصل بخدمه العملاء وأخبرهم بذلك.
- إذا كانت الشحنة التي وصلت إليك به تلف واضح و جسيم ، فيرجى منك عدم قبول الشحنة والاتصال فورا بخدمة العملاء.
- يكون ارجاع المنتج ممكنا في حالة إرجاعه مع العلبة الأصلية المختومة وأوراق التعليمات والضمان والملحقات الأخرى إن وجدت.
