• Confirmed order can be canceled within 24 hrs only
  • Cancellation is only through email.
  • However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
    • No exchange or return on promotion/sale items.

Item(s) can be exchanged / Return within 7 days from the date of collection as per the following conditions:

·         Frames and Sunglasses in the original condition.

·         Contact lens in the original condition.

·         Due to hygienic reasons solutions and eye drops cannot be exchanged or returned

No cash refund will be given instead we would be gladly offered a credit note after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
  • The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty, and other accessories if any.
