• Items should be checked before the delivery driver leaves the delivery location.
  • Item will be delivered within 2 days after the confirmation from our support staff via Whatsapp or Call.
  • No exchange or return on promotional/sale items.
  • Delivery days are from Saturday to Thursday.

Item(s) can be exchanged / returned within 7 days from the date of collection as per the following conditions:

  • Customers should bring the item to our nearest branch.
  • The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty, and other accessories if any.
  • Frames and Sunglasses in the original condition.
  • A contact lens in the original condition.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, solutions and eye drops cannot be exchanged or returned.

Note:

  • We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or color deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
  • Exchange and Return Policy for opened Contact Lens Boxes will not be entertained.

No cash refund will be given instead we would be gladly offered a credit note after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.
